Ryan and I have had a lot of fun adventures. One of our first was the Corporate Challenge. This was a 5k race with over 12,000 runners. Can you believe it?? It was crazy. Ryan ran and I walked but it was still fun. The top runner for General Mills was 5th in the entire race. That race was the most miserable race ever. It's not that it was hot, but the humidity was so high and it hadn't rained that it was miserable. The sun hadn't come out in days. The funny thing about Buffaloians is they call it hot when it is not hot; it's humid. They can't seem to understand that concept.

Funny story about this race that Ryan told me. When he's done races in the past at the water stations he is so hot that he just throws the water on himself to cool off instead of drinking it. So that's what he did in this race too, only he didn't ever dry off. He was soaked the entire time. We've never been in humidity!!
