Yea for better colors. Again it was messy when the picture was taken. But, it is looking better and better!!

And this is our living room now :) I know it looks messy. You'll just have to come and see it for real. Ryan's Grandparents just moved into an assisted living house in February and they were sweet enough to give us the furniture they didn't take with them. So we basically have a furnished house. I would say our current style is  eclectic :)

On the right side is my new piano! I love it. Ryan is amazing at doing research before we buy things. I'll get a picture of it some day.

House update

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. As soon as I take pictures of the rooms rooms you can see how much we've done. We've had to paint all base boards, all doors,  and all the walls! I can't believe how some people live. It has been a huge project but it is almost done. I wish that Ryan and I had a month just to work on the house and then we would have had all of this done. Alas, we haven't, but we've had fun working on it! The house should be pretty much done but the time Ryan Graduates  May 14!!! I can't believe it's already here. We are looking forward to having all of our evenings together with no homework for the next little while. 

I am currently searching for employment for next year. I got the pink slip from Gilbert Public Schools because I'm a first year teacher. Oh well, Heavenly Father sends us new experiences all the time :) I'm not worried about having a job, I just like to know what's going to happen!

Random Picture!

I was looking through my pictures today, on my day off, and came across this one!! It made me smile. Whatever happen to us having random fun like this anymore? What can we plan or do that we could be random again? I don't know how anyone else feels but I know since I've been married I worry too much. Does anyone else feel that way? I want to get out of that rut and start doing stuff again. Remember when there was something to go to every night? Remember when we used to do whatever we wanted? Remember when we would go do overnighters just for fun?? Remember when we would do fun group trips? Where did they all go? We need to start the random fun again!!

Don't you love painting!! We finally got out purple and gold room painted in something a little more like our tastes! This is the before! I thought I had the during and after but I guess for now you will have to imagine what we did with it! :)
